Orange is the rose colour almost nobody sends

Red makes a declaration. Yellow states friendship. Orange states neither, and that is precisely what makes it useful. It reads as energy and forward motion: a promotion, a result, a signed contract, a business that has just opened its doors. Nothing romantic is implied, and nothing will be inferred at the other end. That one-directional clarity is rare in flowers, and it is why orange works for relationships that do not fit a neat category.

When it works, and when it does not

• A promotion, a new job, a first day.
• A deal closed, a licence granted, a business launched.
• Graduation and exam results.
• Thanking a client or supplier where warmth is welcome but nothing else should be read into it.
• A birthday for someone who finds red too loaded and pink too soft.

Do not send orange for an anniversary, a proposal or an apology to a partner. The colour celebrates an achievement; it does not carry affection, and a red rose bouquet does that job properly. Orange is also the wrong choice for condolences.

Why fifty stems

Fifty is a substantial count. It gives the bouquet real width and enough density that it holds a reception desk, a boardroom table or a large living room without looking sparse. If the recipient works at a narrow desk or a shared workstation, size becomes a problem rather than a compliment, and a smaller count is the more considerate call. Delivery in Dubai

We deliver in Dubai only. Order by 10 PM and we deliver the same day, within 3 hours of the order. Delivery is free on orders over AED 200, so this bouquet qualifies. If you need it faster, message us on WhatsApp and we can arrange express delivery in 1 to 2 hours. We are open 9 AM to 11 PM, every day. Making them last

Fresh roses hold 5 to 10 days. In Dubai the air conditioning is harder on them than the summer outside. Dry, moving air lifts moisture out of the petals faster than the stems can pull it back up, so keep the vase away from any vent and out of direct sun coming through glass. Change the water every second day, and cut a centimetre off each stem at an angle when you do.

2. Place them in clean, fresh water right away.
3. Remove any leaves below the waterline to keep the water clean.
4. Change the water every 2 days and re-cut the stems.
5. Keep the flowers in a cool spot, away from sunlight and heat.
