At Flowerstreet.ae we want you to be happy with your flowers. If something goes wrong, here's what we'll do to make it right:

1. Damaged Flowers: If your flowers arrive looking sad, Damaged or broken, we'll Replace with new ones for free. We want your flowers to be fresh and beautiful when they arrive, just like they should be.

3. We want you to get the flowers you really want, so if plans change, just let us know.

4. Late Deliveries: We try our best to deliver your flowers on time, but sometimes things don't go as planned. If your flowers are late, we'll work hard to fix it. Your happiness is important to us, and we'll do what we can to make things right.

5. Quality Concerns: If you're not happy with the flowers you received, tell us within 24 hours. We'll listen to your concerns and make sure you're satisfied with your flowers, whether that means giving you a refund or sending Replacing them with new ones.
