Welcome to FlowerStreet.ae, where flowers bloom and smiles bloom even brighter! Before you start picking your favorite blossoms, let’s go through some important information together.

1. What These Terms Mean

1.1. These are the rules we all agree to when you use FlowerStreet.ae.

1.2. Sometimes we might need to change these rules. If we do, we'll let you know. If you keep using FlowerStreet.ae after we make changes, it means you're okay with the new rules.

2. Ordering Flowers

2.1. FlowerStreet.ae is where you can find lots of beautiful flowers to buy. When you order, make sure to give us the right info about you.

2.2. We might not be able to give you exactly what you want if something runs out. But we’ll let you know.

2.3. We can say no to an order if we need to. We might also have limits on how much you can order.

3. How Much Things Cost and How to Pay

3.1. Prices for flowers are in UAE money (AED). Prices might change sometimes, but we'll tell you if they do.

3.2. You can pay with cards, online, or with cash when we deliver your flowers.

3.3. If someone uses your card without permission, tell your card company right away.

4. Getting Your Flowers

4.1. We deliver flowers all over UAE. Sometimes, delivery might take longer because of things like traffic or weather.

4.2. The times we tell you for delivery are just estimates. They might change, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

4.3. If your flowers are late because you gave us the wrong info, that's not our fault.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. We really want you to be happy with your flowers. If you're not, let us know within a day, and we’ll try to fix it.

5.2. If something's wrong with your flowers, we might give you your money back or send new ones. But we’ll decide based on what happened.

6. Copyright Stuff

6.1. Everything on FlowerStreet.ae belongs to us or people who let us use their stuff. You can't copy or use it without asking us first.

7. Laws and Rules

7.1. These rules follow the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
