Dark pink roses are the anchor here, and they need to be — pink lilies open enormous, and a paler rose would simply disappear next to them once the buds break. The deeper shade holds its own instead. It means the bouquet is balanced on day one and still balanced on day five, which is harder to achieve than it sounds when one of your flowers triples in size. Fragrant once the lilies open. - Place them in clean, fresh water right away.
- Remove any leaves below the waterline to keep the water clean.
- Change the water every 2 days and re-cut the stems.
- Keep the flowers in a cool spot, away from sunlight and heat.
