Pink and white roses with spray roses threaded between them is soft, formal and photographs cleanly against almost any outfit or background, which is why fifty stems of it turns up at weddings, engagements and bridal showers more often than any other combination we make. The spray roses matter more than they appear to: their smaller clustered heads fill the spaces between the full roses so the dome has no visible gaps, and they introduce a second scale of flower that keeps a two-colour bouquet from looking flat. Beyond weddings it suits anniversaries and any occasion where you want to be romantic without using red. 2. Place them in clean, fresh water right away.
3. Remove any leaves below the waterline to keep the water clean.
4. Change the water every 2 days and re-cut the stems.
5. Keep the flowers in a cool spot, away from sunlight and heat.
