These are premium red roses with large heads, worked through with eucalyptus and clouds of baby's breath — the white softens the block of red and makes the bouquet look fuller than the stem count suggests. It is our default recommendation for anniversaries and for the romantic occasions where you do not want to think about it too hard and simply want it to be right. Cut and conditioned before it is tied, so the heads are firm on arrival and the bouquet opens gradually over the following days rather than all at once. 1. Trim the stems at an angle to help them absorb water.
2. Place them in clean, fresh water right away.
3. Remove any leaves below the waterline to keep the water clean.
4. Change the water every 2 days and re-cut the stems.
5. Keep the flowers in a cool spot, away from sunlight and heat.
