Provide Special Instructions: Have specific delivery requests (e.g., leave at the front door)? Let us know, and we’ll take care of it.

Upload a Photo: Add a personal touch by uploading a photo, and we’ll print it to include with the flowers.

Select Wrapping Colors: Pick your preferred wrapping colors for the bouquet, and we’ll make sure it's wrapped just the way you like. (Please note, this option is only available for wrapped bouquets, not glass vase or basket arrangements.)

Add Add-Ons: Choose from a variety of add-ons to make your gift even more special.

1. Trim the stems at an angle to help them absorb water.
2. Place them in clean, fresh water right away.
3. Remove any leaves below the waterline to keep the water clean.
4. Change the water every 2 days and re-cut the stems.
5. Keep the flowers in a cool spot, away from sunlight and heat.

• Before payment, check the checkout cart page to ensure all details like add-ons, message, delivery date, time slot, store instructions, and uploaded photos are correct.
• All orders will be delivered within the selected time slot.
• Every order includes a free message card, and we’ll write your personalized message for you.
• If the flowers are a surprise, please mention it in the instruction box, and we’ll make sure it’s delivered as a surprise gift.
• If you wish to receive photos of your order, kindly mention it in the instruction box or contact us directly. Since we don’t know the sender or receiver, we won’t send updates unless it's urgent, and we’ll ensure the surprise remains intact.
• If flowers or colors are unavailable, we’ll replace them with flowers of equal or higher value.
