Please give us the building or townhouse number, the cluster name, any gate or access notes, and a phone number for the recipient — we'll call ahead so nobody misses the delivery. For the apartment buildings, note that some will not accept flowers at the security desk, so leave clear delivery instructions and we'll arrange the handover directly.
