Delivery to Homes, Hotels and Offices

A 101-rose arrangement is physically large, and that changes the logistics in ways worth planning for. It needs somewhere to go — a floor space or a clear table, not a kitchen counter — and it is much better received in person than left with a neighbour.

• To a home. Make sure someone will be there. Add a mobile number for the recipient so the driver can call ahead rather than guessing.
• To a hotel. Give the guest's full name as it appears on the booking, the hotel name and a contact number. Hotels almost always route deliveries through reception or the concierge, so add the room number if you have it.
• To an office. Add the company name, the floor and the reception desk. Deliveries after about 5 PM often miss the recipient, so aim earlier in the day.
• Exact timing. Choose a slot at checkout for normal orders. If the moment has to be precise — a table booked for 8 PM, a flight landing — message us on WhatsApp and we will coordinate it directly rather than leaving it to a slot.

Making a 101-Rose Arrangement Last

Fresh roses give you 5 to 10 days. In Dubai two things shorten that, and the second catches almost everyone out. Heat is the obvious one — direct sun through glass, or ten minutes in a parked car, does permanent damage. Air conditioning is the one nobody expects: AC air is extremely dry and pulls moisture straight out of the petals, so an arrangement placed under a vent or in the airflow will fade in a fraction of the time it should.

Somewhere cool, bright but out of direct sun, and still. Then:

• If it arrived as a box or basket arrangement, leave the roses set as they are — they are arranged in place. Keep the base damp and do not try to re-cut them.
• If it arrived as a hand-tied bouquet, re-cut every stem 2–3 cm at a 45° angle on arrival, strip any leaf that would sit below the waterline, and change the water every 2–3 days.
• Keep it away from the fruit bowl — ripening fruit gives off ethylene gas, which ages flowers quickly.
• If a head droops, re-cut that stem and stand it in deep water for an hour. It will often come back completely.
