Our shop is open 9 AM to 11 PM, every day of the year, including weekends and public holidays. The 10 PM cutoff is late by Dubai standards — several of the larger florists here stop accepting same-day orders at 7 PM, which tends to be exactly when people remember.

Apartments and towers
Give the building name, floor and unit number, plus a phone number for the recipient. The important local quirk: some buildings will not accept flowers at the security desk on a resident's behalf. Policies vary building to building. If you know yours is strict, say so in the delivery notes and we'll arrange a direct handover. Offices

Hotels
The guest's full name is essential — reception cannot match a delivery to a room without it. Reception receives the flowers and the concierge takes them up.
Hospitals
Provide either the ward name and room number, or the patient's full name and a contact number. Tell us the shop or office name. Some malls allow delivery to the unit itself; others require handover at the security receiving desk.
