Can I choose the type of flowers that I want for subscriptions?

Every type of flower in our Flowerstreet.ae are selected tastefully by our florists. As Flowerstreet.ae strives to create the surprising factor to every of our customers, we are unable to entertain customization of flowers for subscriptions at this moment. We hope you’ll love the selections as much as we do.


How do my flowers survive the journey?

We have professional delivery team to make sure the flower will be send in the good conditions. We also developed care methods for each individual flower variety within our range hence they are in perfect condition when you receive them.


I know nothing about flowers and flower arrangement! What do I do with them?

Flowerstreet.ae comes with simple instructions on flower arrangement, so you’ll be able to arrange and enjoy them in no time. Alternatively, you may visit our website or contact personally with our designer team for more creative arranging tips.


Must my recipient be present to accept the flowers?

To maintain a fast and efficient delivery process, please ensure that your recipient is present at the delivery address you provided to receive the flowers. The free delivery will only be made ONCE and if the delivery is not successful, the flowers will be sent back to us and a notification will be sent to you.

Can I change my order details?

You can email us at Flowerstreetdubai@gmail.com or send us a live chat message to change your order details such as message card or shipping addresses. Changes to any order details can only be made up until 1 working day before your delivery date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit card payment, PayPal. If you don’t wish to use a credit card, you can also manually bank deposit the payment to us, or pay cash on Delivery.

How do I pause or cancel my order?

We understand that there will be times that you will be away for holidays for example, and unable to receive the flowers. For scheduled subscription orders, you can pause or cancel by emailing us at Flowerstreetdubai@gmail.com.  We just need to know two (1) day before your scheduled delivery day.

Are payments on your site secure?

We work with  PayPal to make shopping online safe. PayPal holds all credit card information securely. No credit card information is held or accessible to us.
